Angi has served as a Children’s Director and Children’s pastor for more than 30 years in various churches. She began working with CEF® in Washington in 2018 and served as the Local Director in southwest Washington prior to coming back to the Treasure Valley, in February 2022, where she grew up. She also served alongside her husband in pastoral ministry in Washington. Angi felt a call to ministry, specifically to evangelize children, at the age of ten. Her passion and calling have remained steadfast through the years, and she loves to train others to share in her greatest joy – leading children to salvation in Jesus. Angi and her husband, John, reside in Caldwell, Idaho. Together they have eight grown children and twenty-two grandchildren scattered throughout the United States.
Di was involved with CEF® and Good News Clubs in Texas for twelve years prior to moving to Idaho in 2017. Di has served on the local committee for four years and has served as the Ministry Coordinator for the Treasure Valley Chapter of CEF® since January of 2022. She serves as Children’ Director for Good News Community Church in Nampa. Di leads the Good News Club at Snake River Elementary in Nampa, but also assists the other clubs with any help needed. Di and her husband, Phil, live in Kuna, and have three grown children.
Each person who serves on this local committee has a great passion for this ministry, and to reach the children of the Treasure Valley. The committee meets monthly to review the activities, plans, needs and finances of the local chapter. They are a “hands-on” committee, and serve in every aspect of the ministry, including teaching Good News Clubs, hosting 5-Day Clubs, planning events, and helping to raise funds for the ministry. If you would like to know more about serving on this great committee, please contact Jim Jackson.
