Day 2 Prayer
1. Praise God
The only GOD: God I praise You because you are the LORD, and there is no other, apart from You there is no God. Isaiah. 45:5 I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me.
2. Personal Prayers from Colossians
Build in me strong faith in You and a Love for all the saints. Col.1:4 because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all God’s people—
3. Pray for Biblical Virtues for Children and Grandchildren
Growth in Grace: I pray that my children may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 3: 18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.
4. Spiritual Dynamics for Teens
Humility: Pray for the willingness to submit themselves before the Lord so that they may be lifted up. James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
5. Prayer for our Pastor
Pray for spiritual anointing and boldness to communicate the Gospel message clearly. Ephesians 6:19-20 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
6. Prayer for Our Church
Pray for an anointing over the music team and an outpouring of God’s glory in our church as we worship Him through the music. Ephesians 5:18 b-19 Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.
7. Pray for Public Schools
Repentance of Christians: “May the students and staff of this school who have been hurt by the careless or unkind words or deeds of Christians find healing and forgiveness through the repentance of Christians they know.” 1 Corinthians 10:32 Do not cause anyone to stumble, whether Jews, Greeks or the church of God—
8. Pray for those in Authority
That they granted wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
9. Prayers That Birth Revival
“IF MY PEOPLE….” 2chron. 7:14“Will Humble Themselves” That all those who have a personal relationship with the Lord will walk in a spirit of humility, as Jesus walked, and live each day in recognition that pride leads to destruction and humility proceeds honor. Mic. 6: 8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
10. Pray for Marriages
I come boldly before Your throne approaching you with confidence. Heb. 4:16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
11. Pray for America
We praise and thank You we have a duly elected President. We pray that he will honestly seek Your wisdom and counsel in all his actions on behalf of this country and in his personal and private life.
12. Pray to Bless Israel
Lord, show Your mercy and favor to Israel in this set time. Psalm 102:13 You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.
